I do not have any name for this dish.
Most of the time I cook whatever I still have in my fridge. Ended up this dish I have accidently create it and I love it. Been making this few times a month. Avocado is not cheap nowadays. I got this One Avo price at RM6.
If you’re lucky enough you will get around RM3 or RM4 for one Avo.
I’m having spaghetti with Zucchini + Mushrooms + avocado + toasted sesame seeds (black and white). Drip in some Olive oil, small amount of Kicap Manis, shoyu & sesame oil. And I do add some Balsamic vinegar.
